Sarah Lazenby

Sarah Lazenby is Commissioning Editor, Factual Entertainment and Entertainment at Channel 4.

Sarah uniquely works cross-genre on a broad range of projects – everything from prime time entertainment to out of studio formats, features and even documentaries. She specialises in talent led vehicles and since joining Channel 4 Sarah has commissioned a diverse number of projects across entertainment and factual entertainment for Noel Fielding, Alan Carr, Harry Hill, Jamie Oliver, Jon Richardson and Charlie Sloth.

She is the commissioning editor for The Great British Bake Off franchise on 4, Jamie & Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast, Naked Attraction, 15 to 1 and forthcoming Indian Summer School. She has also helped oversee The Last Leg: Live From Rio, 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Chatty Man, Derren Brown: Pushed To The Edge, Troy, Sex Box and Crufts.

Before Channel 4 Sarah produced a raft of programmes including Gordon Ramsay’s F Word, Make My Day, Banzai, Celebrity Big Brother, Keith Lemon’s Lemon Aid, Richard & Judy, Jamie’s Christmas Lock-In, Game of Thrones HBO World Premiere and Thronecast. She started her career on The BIG Breakfast.
