Yelena heads up Fold7’s strategic department in the newly created role of Strategy Partner. She’s responsible for developing and overseeing brand and communication strategies across our entire client base, as well as providing thought leadership throughout the agency and to external audiences.
Originally from New York City, Yelena’s early days were spent at Y&R, JWT and Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners. After two years as Planning Director at Havas New York she made the move to London. In 2010 she joined Havas Worldwide London as the Global Planning Director on Reckitt Benckiser; her hunger for producing best-in-class creative and insight-driven thinking was recognised with a promotion to Head of Planning.
Driven by her curiosity and commitment to producing effective work, her client category experience spans FMCG, luxury goods, health and beauty, retail, amongst others.
Yelena was born in Russia. She started ballet at the age of 4 and later studied drama in university. She’s still secretly waiting for her big break. Coupled with her impressive New York credentials, Yelena’s huge impact made since her arrival in London is testament to why she’s entrusted with spearheading our strategic output.
Yelena’s ambition is to be a talk show host.
