Roxanne Taylor

At Accenture, I focus on three forces at the heart of today’s economy: digital transformation of industries and how technology can be used to empower people to drive innovation; building brands with purpose; and managing a global workforce, ensuring equality, inclusion and diversity. I am passionate about creating a culture of innovation and equality to unlock human potential, particularly in promoting opportunities in technology for women and minorities.

I served as Accenture’s chief marketing & communications officer for more than ten years, from 2007 through 2017, and was responsible for the company’s global marketing and communications activities, including image and market development, corporate and financial communications, industry analyst and media relations, brand management, advertising, and research. I am particularly proud of helping Accenture grow into one of the world’s leading brands (per Interbrand, not me!)

Before joining Accenture in 1995, I held corporate communications, investor relations and marketing roles for Reuters and Citicorp and served in a variety of product development, sales and marketing positions with Credit Suisse Bank and the Deak-Perera Group.

During my career I have been named among Forbes’ “World’s Most Influential CMOs”, included in FierceCMO’s B2B “CMOs to Watch”, and selected as a “Change the Game” Award Winner by Advertising Women of New York. I am on the Board of Directors of the Ad Council, and am a member of the Marketing 50 (M50), Arthur W. Page Society, The Committee of 200, and Women's Forum, Inc. I also serve on the Business Committee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the board of Only Make Believe, a non-profit organization that creates and performs interactive theater for children living in hospitals and care facilities throughout New York City.
