Carol Potter

Carol Potter is President and Chief Executive Officer - Europe & CIS, of leading global communications marketing firm Edelman. Recognised as one of the most experienced women in the world of global Marketing, Brands and Communications. Carol joined Edelman in 2015 after nine years spent in China as President CEO of BBDO a worldwide advertising company. Having started her career at Saatchi & Saatchi in the 80’s, she has spent over 30 years in advertising agencies, working successfully in Australia, Japan, Europe and the US, where she helped head the New York office of J.Walter Thompson. She has helped to market and advertise many of the world’s most famous brands and to advise many of the world’s Fortune 500 companies including P&G, Unilever, De Beers, Mars, Pepsi, GE, Tiffany, Mercedes-Benz, Visa and many more. Carol is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of D&AD.
