Karina Wilsher

Karina spent the last seven years as Partner and CEO of Anomaly’s flagship office in New York - leading a period of record growth and evolution. At the start of 2017, she was appointed Global COO leading key clients and helping strengthen Anomaly’s seven offices, continuing the company’s evolution at the forefront of the industry.

Formerly, Karina was Partner and Managing Director of Fallon London, and successfully grew the agency from startup to a Top Ten agency, winning Campaign’s Agency of the Year (twice) and becoming the most creatively awarded agency in the world (Gunn Report).

Karina is a Board Member of Effie Worldwide, a Founder of 'Straight Up’ in the US, set up to encourage and develop more female leaders in the industry and in London was an active member of Women in Advertising and Communications London (WACL).
