Dr. Johnny Ryan

Dr. Johnny Ryan is Head of Ecosystem for PageFair. Previously he was Executive Director of The Innovation Academy at University College Dublin. Before that he was the Chief Innovation Officer of The Irish Times. He was an associate on the emerging digital environment at the Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge from 2011-14. His second book "A History of the Internet and the Digital Future" is on the reading list at Harvard, Stanford, and other top tier institutions. His work as a Senior Analyst at the Institute of International & European Affairs was the most cited source in the European Commission's internal impact assessment that decided against pursuing Web censorship across the EU. His writing has appeared in Fortune, Business Insider, BusinessWeek, Contagious, and Ars Technica.
