Emmanuel Lubrani joined Ford of Europe in Cologne to develop a pan-European employee publication. @Ford was launched as a monthly magazine in five languages in January 2000 and was used, a few years later, as a template to launch a pan-European consumer magazine in 19 different editions. In 2005, Lubrani became responsible for all employee communication matters for Ford of Europe, while overseeing the Ford News Centre an in-house operation delivering multi-media assets – texts, photos and videos – to the whole PR function. When Ford of Europe decided to grow channels in social and broadcast media and reach a new consumer audience in 2010, he was charged to work with WPP on setting up a new team and establishing new working processes. He re-located to London in September 2011 to work more closely with the WPP Ford team and marketing to deliver integrated digital first communication assets. A French native, he is the father of two sons.
