Michael Sani
A social entrepreneur, Michael Sani co-founded Bite The Ballot in 2010 with the help of staff and students at Wilmington Enterprise College. The classroom based-idea has gone on to ignite a self-propelling movement and, for the first time, taken the challenge young people's participation in democracy to the young people themselves.
Their campaigns have included creating a National Voter Registration Day (NVRD) which made history in 2015 by registering 440,501 people online (with a conversation rate of 42%). Bite The Ballot also produced the world's first leaders live-stream on YouTube with the UK's five main political parties.
