Lewis Sherlock
Lewis started his career at one of the industry's longest standing networks - 24/7 Real Media, managing its publisher and network operations back in 2000. From here he moved agency side to Carat International at a time when agencies were creating teams to manage and centralise pan European budgets.
In 2005 Lewis moved to Lycos Europe when portals were building their network capabilities.
In 2008 Lewis joined 24/7 again, shortly after its acquisition by WPP. Here he was part of the core team that launched B3 and ZAP Trader - WPP’s demand side platform, Zap Attribution Modelling and Zap Analytics, to create the MIG in 2010. During his time at the MIG he built a team of successful sales and account managers helping to create one of the industry’s most successful agency technology businesses.
In 2011 Lewis was part of the joint venture between the MIG and GroupM that created Xaxis – one of the industry’s leading trade desk. He moved across to Xaxis as one of the founding members of the management team in the UK that formalised their products, position, strategy and organisational set up.
In his current role at Adap.tv Lewis leads the commercial side of the business across European territories and more recently how the company launches it TV marketplace in this region.
