Josh is Chief Operating Officer of MediaCom, the UK’s largest and most successful media and communications agency. MediaCom has over 900 people working with over 200 client accounts across 6 offices in the UK. The agency manages the advertising media accounts for some of the country's smartest advertisers. Companies like Sky, Volkswagen, DFS, GlaxoSmithKline, Procter and Gamble and Universal, working across traditional and emerging media covering everything from TV to Social Media, Print to Content, Out of Home to Mobile, Sponsorship to Search Engine Marketing. MediaCom’s success was recognised in both 2014 and 2013 with Campaign Magazine’s Agency of the Year award two years in a row.
Alongside the CEO, Josh is responsible for developing the agency’s strategic business plan each year and ensuring it is delivered. He focuses on several of the agency’s client accounts, large and small, new business, product and future-proofing the agency.
Josh was previously MediaCom’s COO for the EMEA region where he worked with MediaCom’s local market teams, ensuring they have the resources and specialist skills they need to deliver great campaigns for clients. Before joining MediaCom Josh was Global Director of Client Development at Havas Digital where he led best practice initiatives for key global clients such as Danone and Mars Foods.
