Jackie Wilgar
As Live Nation’s Executive Vice President of Marketing, North America, Wilgar was responsible for guiding the North American marketing strategy for the worldwide leader in concerts, ticketing, artist management and sponsorship. In 2012 Wilgar was named one of Billboard Magazine’s “Women In Music,” which recognizes women who are power players in the global music industry. In 2013, Fast Company named her to their prestigious list of “100 Most Creative People in Business.”
Previous to concerts, Wilgar focused on connecting entertainment and sport with brands including Coca-Cola and Labatt. She holds an undergraduate degree in international politics from the University of Western Ontario, a post graduate degree in Business Administrations from Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada and has completed Executive Programs at the Center for Management Research and the Wharton Business School.
At the end of 2013 Wilgar left the Live Nation team in North America for London and continues to work within the company in a European focused role.
Outside of the workplace, Jackie has been involved in Camp Oochigeas, a summer camp for children with cancer and Step Up, a mentoring organization for underserved teenage girls.
