Rachel Pashley

Rachel has spent the last 10 years working in women’s healthcare, her work taking her around the world meeting women from different cultures and backgrounds. Prior to advertising, Rachel worked client side for McVities, Allied Domecq and Reckitt Benckiser. Across her work experience there are some common themes, finding simple lateral solutions to intractable problems, fixing the unfixable and sometimes saying the unsayable! She would say that being a blunt Northerner with a dark sense of humour helps.
