Zoe oversees all of Fresh One’s food output, in the UK and abroad. She executive produces Jamie shows as well as many non-Jamie shows and she runs Jamie Oliver's Food Tube channel, one of Europe's first dedicated YouTube channels.

Zoe met Jamie Oliver over 15 years ago whilst working on the Radio One Breakfast Show and later accepted his offer to set up Fresh One Productions. She then developed and helped produce Jamie's Kitchen which re-defined Jamie Oliver on TV and subsequently went on to develop and produce Jamie's School Dinners and Jamie's Chef (Channel 4).
