Jennifer Roberti

Jen Roberti came to Save the Children in June 2018 with tremendous experience both in the for-profit and nonprofit worlds. Prior to Save the Children, she was the CMO with UNICEF USA with responsibility for their integrated marketing and digital efforts where she has increased the digital revenue from recurring donors by 30% over the past two years. She also had responsibility for overhauling UNICEF USA’s strategy and brand positioning, as well as reinvigorating their small donor channel, reversing a 25% decline to a growth segment for the organization. Prior to her work with UNICEF, Jennifer was the CMO for MTN in South Africa where she helped take the leading cell phone provider on the continent through tremendous growth, reaching 223 million subscribers in 22 countries across Africa and the Middle East. MTN brand recognition grew to become Africa’s first truly global brand, as recognized by BrandZ Top 100 Global Brands, under Jennifer’s leadership. She also lead MTN’s online engagement strategy from it’s infancy to 10 million fans. Prior to this, Jennifer’s experience was in the advertising sector, working for leading agencies.
