Shannnon Levis

Shannon Levis (pronouns: they/them) works with leading travel brands at Facebook, helping them tell their stories and achieve their business goals using Facebook’s apps and services. Shannon leads Facebook’s global Transgender employee resource group, focusing on ally training, employee advocacy, policy and product inclusivity, and uplifting other under-served groups.

Outside of work, Shannon helps artists and small businesses build their brands and tell their stories through social media platforms. Shannon is passionate about the power of social media to build communities and to have a positive social impact on the world.

Shannon received their BA in Cognitive Science and Philosophy from UC Berkeley.
