This led to an interest in advertising and marketing and to her formalising her qualifications at Diploma level and moving across in the corporate world to Marketing. A keen interest in psychology and what drives customer behaviour and purchase led to a variety of senior roles spanning the marketing spectrum, such as campaigns, CRM, digital, research, propositions, payments, customer satisfaction, strategy, brand and advertising .
With over 30 years experience across telecoms, charity, banking and asset management spanning both B2B and B2C for brands such as British Telecom, Barclays, Aviva Investors, Blackrock and the RSPCA, Jet is currently Head of Marketing for End Investors at Fidelity International.
