Michelle is a catalyst for innovative growth. She brings 20 years’ experience of transformative effectiveness, working with powerful, iconic brands including Coca-Cola, Mondelez, P&G, PlayStation, Unilever and Philips.

She has reinvented Geometry’s offering by investing in innovation for growth – changing how brands and retailers do business. This includes The Flagship, an industry-first 3D tech space enabling brands to prototype and trial; as well as launching new capabilities commercial planning and Social Commerce+.

A champion of talent, her team is winning constant recognition including EMpower/Yahoo Finance Ethnic Minority Role List, Women in Marketing Awards.

Michelle is a juror of WACL’s Talent Awards. She mentors future leaders, is part of WPP Stella, and, speaks regularly at industry events. Her views are sought by CNBC, CiM Catalyst among others.

Previously, Michelle was founder of M&C Saatchi Shop, successfully leveraging technology, mobile and data to change how the world shops.
