Sona is a consumer insight expert, dedicating her career to ensuring that data is at the forefront of business strategies and decisions. She currently works at Condé Nast, a global media company that produces some of the world’s leading print, digital, video and social brands. Sona has held several positions within Condé Nast over her 13 year tenure, with roles spanning consumer insights, marketing strategies, and brand development.
Sona oversees all U.S. Commercial Custom Insight needs for the company. Her team plays an integral role in producing Condé Nast’s thought-leadership platforms which have been presented on international stages. Her work includes last year’s in-depth white paper on Gen Z, this year’s Covid consumer tracker, and most recently a collaborative global virtual events study.
Sona holds a Master’s Degree in Media Studies from The New School. Always a champion for women in her field, she serves as a mentor for young graduates exploring new career opportunities.
