Alan Hall

Alan is Partner at Full Hearts, an agency he co-founded in 2019 with the ambition of bringing expertise and imagination together to do more for nonprofits clients. Alan’s greatest passion is working alongside people he loves and with clients he wholeheartedly believes in. Alan has nearly 30 years of marketing and fundraising experience, most recently serving as CEO at One & All, Omnicom’s largest full-service, integrated agency focused exclusively on serving nonprofits. Over his career, Alan has worked with large, global organizations such as World Vision, American Red Cross, The Salvation Army as well as local community-based nonprofits throughout the country. Additionally, he has deep brand marketing experience, having partnered with clients in the automotive, packaged goods, and hospitality industries through his work at Brierley & Partners, McCann, and Team One.
