Rachel is an experienced creative recruiter and over the years has guided and coached hundreds of creatives working in London through her own recruitment business Apple&Ink. For the past 5 years she's been extremely active in running programmes to help create a more inclusive creative industry; She's programme director for the largest, free mentoring programme for women - Who's Your Momma. She's also a Board Trustee for Creative Mentor Network giving young, diverse talent from low socio-economic background access to the creative industries. And freelances for Creative Equals helping them with their annual Returner's programme and various other initiatives.
