Kerry Chilvers

Kerry has spent her career at Direct Line Group, where she has held a variety of marketing roles.

Kerry’s latest role is Brands Director, responsible for driving marketing output and performance across Direct Line Group’s multi-brand portfolio, leading a diverse team of marketers across a broad range of disciplines, including brand strategy, marketing communications and proposition development.

Kerry is passionate about making a difference to businesses and the people in them, to unlock their full potential. Kerry has driven breakthrough brand reinventions on Direct Line, Green Flag and Churchill, and is a bold decision maker, who instils a culture of bravery in others, to realise better customer and business outcomes. Underpinning this is a belief in developing brands over the long term based on powerful insights and creating a culture that encourages team members and agencies to bring their A game.
