Steve Hyde

Steve founded and runs the Global Executive Headhunt business 360xec. The company advises on transformational change in business and places Board level executives (CEO/CFO/CMO/CTO) and Non-Executive Directors, within clients and their agency or technology suppliers to catalyse such change. The company has specialised within the marketing, advertising and data technology sectors but is not restricted to them. Significant roles have been placed from Buenos Aires to Shanghai.
Steve has also been Chairman of IOTG – now SBDS Group - a smart technology and data management business. Steve oversaw the acquisition of SBDS and a Native programmatic business with private funds raised of c. £20m over 3 years.
He is also founder of The Talent Union Ltd and of Personal Brand Spirit Ltd. These businesses map talent globally for clients and offer individual one on one development advice for C-suite executives. Steve is a Non- Executive Director with Youzz; an influencer marketing technology platform, and Board Advisor to Meg Matthews (MegsMenopause).
