Jenny Biggam

Jenny is a leading figure in the media industry. She set up the7stars in September 2005 along with her business partner Mark Jarvis. Previously she held a Board position at Carat - and prior to that was at ZenithOptimedia. Jenny has led the7stars to become the largest and fastest growing independent media agency in the UK. In the last year, she is very proud to have steered the agency to become both Campaign Magazine and Media Weeks’ Agency of the Year 2015, The Sunday Times’s 4th Best Company to work for (ranking in the top 5 for the last 4 years) and listed within The Telegraph’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain. Her aim 10 years ago was to create a business that not only delivered great ideas and fantastic work for clients but that was also a nice place to work. She has achieved this by creating a unique workplace that places people above process, banishing cumbersome rules and processes and spending a lot of time creating a different way of working.
