To cook along, ensure you have the following ingredients:
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp chopped, fresh oregano Generous pinch of kosher salt
4 6-oz bone-in chicken breasts 2 cups red grapes, sliced in half 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp white wine or rice vinegar 3/4 cup pine nuts, toasted 1/2 cup goat cheese
Generous pinch freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup balsamic syrup (also called saba, sapa, or mosto cotto)
2 cups Prepared Polenta, cooked according to package directions
