Tomoyuki Noshita joined Seed Planning Inc, a research and consulting firm, after nurturing his initial career at multi-national FMCG companies. He took the lead of a variety of market research projects especially in digital domains including domestic and international internet ads markets, to publish a large number of market reports. He founded DigitalInFact inc. in April 2016, as the research institute that specializes in assessing the digital categories.
