Yoshi Matsuura

Yoshi is an experienced planner, responsible for handling transnational and global projects at McCann. He has lived, studied and worked around the world, including the US(6 years), China(7 years) and Japan. Throughout his career, Yoshi has been involved in planning for prominent international brands, ranging from toiletry to automotive brands.
He has also written published books and contributed to numerous articles in business magazines in Japan. His speech regarding globalization at Adfest, Spikes, Effies, and adtech met favorable reception. Judge of APAC Effies 2015-2019.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs (East Asian Studies) from The George Washington University, also currently teaches Brand Strategy at Aoyama University MBA and Meiji University.
