Tatsuo Ishii

Mr. Ishii started his career in Distribution Channel Sales department and has spent 14 years on brand marketing at HQ of Kao since he joined in 1980. Through the career, he has played as a brand manager of "Merries", "Laurier", "Family", "Kitchen Highter", "Magiclean", "Biore"and so on.

In 2003, at the same time when Kao launched "Asience" brand that he was responsible for as the project leader, he moved to digital content creation section as a leader, had led Kao's digital strategies and executions as the head of Digital Communication Center, had newly established Digital Marketing Center in March, 2014 and kept leading Kao's digital marketing activities until his retirement in January, 2017.

Now Mr. Ishii is at various important positions such as Executive Fellow at Adobe, Auditor at C Channel, Executive Adviser at eLife as well as Marketing Meister at JMA, Head of Judging Committee of Ads on Digital Media at Dentsu Prize, a member of expert council on digital media at JAA, etc.
