In charge of technology and data strategy for the media section of Cyber Communications.
In terms of technology strategy, focused primarily on connecting programmatic buying, third party delivery, and third party measurement to media revenue expansion.

In terms of data strategy, focused on adding value to media data, private DMPs for the analysis of campaign results, use of public DMPs, and the proper role of privacy in the use of data.

Also, participated on the Data Policy Committee and the Technical Committee at JIAA, formulating guidelines for the promotion of data utilization, and discovering and resolving issues in Japan related to viewability and ad fraud.

Before joining Cyber Communications, spent two years at CNET Japan, developing a International CMS as Technical Director and launching several media brands. Also spent 10 years at Vector Inc., developing and operating on online software sales system.
