Seiichi Takeuchi

Seiichi led "Social design program" that transformed unfamiliar cities into the ones that he or she became willing to live in, introducing an intrigue mechanism of arousing people's minds to live in the cities. He also has over 10-year experience in leading more than 100 promotion campaigns for new condominiums, and he carried out interviews for about 1,000 local residents and developed city promotion solutions. Based on his firsthand experience he won a first prize at in-house business plancompetitions by community revitalization project that matches idle spaces with local events. He is a senior producer at Cross Business Solution Group where he tackles social issues leveraging the method of communication design. He also serves as a project leader for "Attractive city project", a joint project with Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.He is a lecturer on real estate advertisement at SENDENKAIGI.
