After Shogo served as a director of recruiting advertisement, he led projects that built system and business operation of Recruit's primary platforms, SUUMO and ZEXY. Since 2011 he has led projects to integrate CRM solution into universities and real estate developer, and developed recruiting solution using social network services. Shogo is currently developing ad-tech solutions for Recruit group.
