A simplified proposal for a future agency model based on a discussion with a 21yr old Japanese student and a comparison of Japanese and UK math books. I will argue that we have become obsessed with answering each question and highly effective at complicating them. Whereas, the future of our industry lies in the setting of the question itself and how we bring the fundamental tenets of creativity and data to it. Sounds complicated, but it can be explained in one simple equation.
