Andrew Quodling

Andrew is the Insights and Client Success Lead for otso.ai, where he is responsible for the delivery of bespoke analysis services for clients, and ensuring that clients find value in the otso.ai platform and services. He has a background in qualitative research and has led qualitative and quantitative analysis projects with the otso.ai team. otso.ai specialises in the analysis of unstructured data using machine learning and natural language technologies.

Andrew graduated as a Doctor of Philosophy from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia's highest ranked university for Communications and Media Studies, where he worked and studied with leading researchers at the QUT Digital Media Research Centre. His Doctoral research examined the governance of social platforms and critically evaluated issues relating to policy efficacy, enforcement and subversion in relation to everyday political conflict on internet platforms.
