Helen McCabe

Helen McCabe is Founder &Managing Director of Future Women a club for professional women. After decades in the media she has started the venture with Nine to help women professionally & personally by promoting equality &diversity. Prior to Future Women she launched the Honey lifestyle network for Nine & headed up Nine.com.au. Previously she was editor-in-chief of The Australian Women’s Weekly the country’s number one selling magazine. She spent nearly seven years at the helm in a trailblazing era where she broke down barriers by putting women such as Turia Pitt & more controversially Julia Gillard on the cover. Prior to The Weekly she spent 12 years working in newspapers. She was Deputy Editor of The Sunday Telegraph, Night Editor of The Australian & held key editorial roles on The Daily Telegraph. She was also News Limited’s correspondent in London. She has presented on Sky News & has been a regular TV & radio commentator.
