Kate began her career as a media planner/buyer in Australia, working across a variety of clients before moving to Dublin to take on a strategy and management role within a creative agency. Following her passion for all things media Kate relocated to London and joined the Mindshare Worldwide team as Global Partner. During her 8 years at Mindshare Worldwide Kate was responsible for leading and running global accounts such as Dove, Liptons, Hellmann’s, Volvo and HSBC, each of which spanned 25+ countries. In 2015 Kate returned to her Australian roots and took up a role on the national leadership team as Chief Client Officer for Mindshare Australia before becoming the Managing Director for Mindshare Sydney. Kate is passionate about creating teams that strive for excellence and developing products that deliver to the client needs of both today and tomorrow.
