Amy Watts is the Regional Talent & Culture Manager NSW & ACT for AccorHotels. She is responsible for executing the National Human Resources strategy within her region and partnering with leadership to ensure Talent & Culture is appreciated as a strategic partner.
Prior to joining AccorHotels in January 2018, she was the Regional Director of Human Resources, Pacific with Starwood Hotels before the company was acquired in 2016 by Marriott International.
Amy has 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding and belief in service and process improvement to enhance the guest experience.
She has participated as a Judge in the 2016 & 2017 Australian HR Awards and has recently been selected to continue this honour in 2018.
