Fiona has a vast experience in developing people strategies, driving cultural change initiatives and large scale organisational transformation programs across multiple jurisdictions. She has extensive experience as an HR Executive, most recently as General Manager, People and Culture, Energy Supply and Corporate Functions at Origin Energy. Fiona is a graduate from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and Southbank University, London and prior to Origin, held senior HR roles for companies including ANZ Bank, Asteron (Suncorp) and Lexis Nexis.
Fiona has a passion for growing and developing people and building diverse, highly engaged and collaborative teams and since joining Enero has led a number of initiatives surrounding diversity and inclusion.
